Participants need to have a working knowledge of Motivation, Communication, Leadership and Coaching skills.
Learning Objective:
To examine and practice the above skills (and others) from the viewpoint of the effect that their use, or misuse, has on relationships between Management and Staff.
Target Audience:
All levels of Management.
Content:
Day 1:
Participants take part in Relationship Awareness Training, resulting in a personal and individual identification of their natural relating style. Those who have completed this training previously, and can bring their personal SDI, need not attend the first day.

Day 2&3:
A brief refresher of the theoretical aspects of each of the following topics: Communication, Motivation, Leadership, Coaching, Performance Appraisal, Assertiveness, Conflict Resolution and Teamwork. Each brief refresher is followed by an in-depth practical exercise which will focus on maximising the effect of that skill on relationships, taking into account the individuals personal style.
